Using the platform without having read or understood these terms means your consent will be assumed in any future dispute. These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and are subject to change from time to time. ck44 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any changes. However, it is each user's own responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions before using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to residents of Bangladesh only. Users accessing the platform from any other country or region are subject to their local laws, and ck44 accepts no liability in that regard.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with ck44. All information provided at registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our rules and may result in the account being suspended or closed at any time. Each user may operate only one account.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity, authorized or otherwise, carried out on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
For KYC purposes, ck44 may request a valid ID, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in certain account features being temporarily suspended.
You must comply with all applicable laws while using the ck44 platform. Harassing other users, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through automated software, bots, or unauthorized technology will result in immediate account closure.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotional offers — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to withdraw without meeting the required conditions — is a violation of our rules. ck44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and take action against the account in such cases. Each promotion carries its own terms, which must be followed.
You may not use the ck44 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud. If such activity is suspected, ck44 reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities.
All financial transactions on ck44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions made through unauthorized or third-party accounts are prohibited and may be cancelled.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawal requests below the designated minimum amount cannot be processed. If any transaction appears suspicious, ck44 may place it on hold pending verification.
Deposits are generally not subject to any additional fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ck44 is not responsible. Full details of all transactions are stored in your account history.
The ck44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ck44 will not be liable for any loss arising from technical faults, server outages, or other unavoidable disruptions to service. In such situations, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All content on the ck44 platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of ck44 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
The ck44 platform may reference or link to third-party services. ck44 accepts no liability for such third-party content or services. Their own privacy policies and terms apply, and users are advised to review these independently.
Ck44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, particularly if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to compromise the security of the platform. Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned through the designated process; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the account will be closed once any active bets or transactions have been settled. To reactivate a closed account, users will need to contact the support team.
Ck44 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Users will be notified on the platform of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Applicable laws of Bangladesh govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions.
